    Hi,
I am mailing because TV production company Loosehorse are producing a brand new series of RTE's cookery show HEAT and are looking for participants. I have always found in the past that word of mouth through friends is one of the most effective ways of finding people to feature in programmes so I'm wondering if you could help me spread the word.
We are looking for people who are great cooks and would relish the opportunity to cook for customers in a real restaurant. See below for a more detailed blurb about the show. Oh and people get the chance to compete for a €10,000 prize!
I would really appreciate if you could forward this mail onto anyone you think might be interested and if you would like more information please email me on kathriona@loosehorse.ie or call 01 6136052.
Below is a bit more information about series.
I look forward to hearing from you,
    Kind regards,
    Kathriona

Ireland's amateur chefs wanted for RTE show and chance to win €10,000 prize

RTE's HEAT is currently on the hunt again for Ireland's most enthusiastic amateur chefs.

We are looking for people who have never cooked professionally but know their roux from their 'roo; people who have always fancied plating up their own creations in a real and pressured restaurant; people who have a passion for food and a competitive edge.

So, can you stand the HEAT? Do you have what it takes to design a menu and cook it for real, paying customers in a real restaurant?

Are you prepared to put your culinary ability to the test in the ultimate pressure cooker - a professional kitchen?

Are you able to design and execute a winning menu under the steely gaze of one of Ireland's best and toughest chefs?
Would you like to win a culinary holiday worth €10,000?

If you can answer yes to these questions then get in touch by emailing heat@loosehorse.ie or call us on 01 6136052.

Applicants must be over 18, never worked in a professional kitchen, have the flexibility to be available for occasional filming over a 2 month period and most importantly love food and cooking.
